Exchanges/ Refunds
At Ericka Thompson Collection we pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. We exercise a strict quality assurance process. We inspect all hair and products before it is shipped. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, the product may be returned or exchanged within 3 business days after receiving the product. Please note that federal law and regulations prohibits the return of hair care products and human hair products that have been used. Used (meaning installed, brushed, combed, washed, tag removed, touched, seal broken colored or altered in any way).
Exchanges and refunds will only be processed after we have received the product and have inspected it. The following hair colors cannot be exchanged or returned, as this is hair that has been lightened and/or colored (processed) by our team specifically for your order: all ombres, #613, and any other custom or lightened hair and any special requests. In addition, wigs, clip-ins, and special orders cannot be exchanged (all sales final).
Incorrect Orders
Please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the items without tampering with it. Rare occurrences a mistake or delay can happen from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as your original order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 3 days after receipt of your shipment.
SHIPPING
At Ericka Thompson Collection, we are focused on delivering the highest quality customer experience. Once your payment is cleared, we will begin to process your order, processing time will take 1-3 business days. After processing is completed, it will take 2-3 business days to receive your package.
Custom Wigs: 10-14 business days
Standard Wigs: 7 business days
SHIPMENT DELAYS
This processing time frame is subject to change due to sales or during holiday seasons.
Note that during the holiday season and when sales occur it could typically take longer. We ship items through USPS Priority Mail. USPS delivers Monday - Saturday.
However, incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. It is important that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. We do not ship to any P.O. Box address. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible.
PLEASE NOTE: To avoid any problems with fraud attempts, there is an option for (signature confirmation) meaning A SIGNATURE is REQUIRED to confirm delivery. Someone must be present to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
